MGPL Out in the Community at Park View School

Mrs. Glenn of the Morton Grove Public Library performed just-in-time book talks to the PEP students at Park View School on Wednesday, September 10th. With specific student requests for adventure, realistic fiction and graphic novels, Park View teacher Mrs. Jen Nolan, asked Mrs. Glenn to bring books for her students. Because students were clamoring to read the titles (all checked out to Mrs. Nolan), a lottery of sorts is set up to see who gets which book first! Park View is under construction and the school library is seen here as a temporary classroom. Mrs. Glenn is the Morton Grove Public Library Youth Services Librarian / School Liaison.
