National Dance Day Celebration at Morton Grove Public Library
Celebrate National Dance Day with the Morton Grove Public Library by learning a dance and performing it at the Morton Grove Farmer's Market!
Come to the library for National Dance Day Camp to participate in any or all of the practice sessions from Monday-Friday, July 25-29 from 4:00-5:00 PM. These sessions will help with practicing and learning Dizzy Feet’s dance routine. Be sure to attend Friday, July 29’s final rehearsal. Also, make sure to wear appropriate clothing and gym shoes.
The performance of the National Dance Day routine will occur at the Morton Grove Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 30. If you have been practicing with us or just want to watch, join us for a flash mob-style performance of the dance routine from National Dance Day Camp. Don’t forget to bring your smile and dancing feet, or to stick around after the performance for a bit of shopping and performances by the students of Virtuoso Performing Arts.
