The Neighborhood Connection Project and You: The Massive, Blowout Final Community Celebration on Saturday, August 29

The largest outdoor public art bricolage mural around celebrates its grand launch on Saturday, August 29

Greetings Neighbors,

See you all on Saturday, August 29 from 9am-12pm (presentation will start at 10am/10:30am) for the massive, blowout final Neighborhood Connection Project Community Celebration. After 5 1/2 years and 400+ citizens and 12 civics we are done and we want to celebrate with you. Come on by and view the largest bricolage mural on Chicago’s NW side. NCP is a citizen-led initiative to build community.

We need you to bring: snacks/food to share, drinks to share, some chairs, some tables and we still need a few pallets to stand on for our presentation. Bring what you have - we are community and everybody pitches in to make things go. Thank you for what you will do!

And here’s a very cool radio interview with Jean-Luc, the idea man behind NCP. Listen up Generation Z. http://chirpradio.org/podcasts/genz
