Fall is the time of the traditional grape harvest, when the ripened, succulent, sugar-filled clusters are cut from the vines and crushed into the great vats to produce wines for the upcoming years. This time is called “the fall crush."
Please join us for Riggio’s Fall Crush for Notre Dame – our 3rd Annual Wine Tasting Benefit.
Guests will be treated to a great evening of wine, delicious food and friendship on Thursday, October 17, at Riggio’s Restaurant, in Niles. Wine Experts will be on hand to describe the different wine styles, discuss food pairings, and explain the etiquette of wine tasting. This is a wonderful educational opportunity to taste and compare different styles of reds and whites, and identify your favorites. Passed Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
