St. Mary of the Woods Parish to Host Blood Drive

Each day, patients rely on the generosity of blood donors for life-threatening traumas, treatments, and illnesses.  The need is constant.  Blood donors are a valued and significant life-line providing hope to those in need.  Without volunteer donors, Chicagoland’s blood centers and hospitals, would be unable to provide blood products to thousands of patients each year.

St. Mary of the Woods Parish will host a blood drive on Sunday, February 21st from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM to help fill this great need.  All blood types are needed.  The drive will take place in the Parish Hall, located in the lower level of 6955 W. Donors must weigh at least 110 lbs. and be in general good health.  You must be at least 17 years old to donate

Appointments are recommended, walk-ins are welcome.
