MORTON GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Morton Grove Police Department as a record of police activity. THEFT
Someone broke a lock entered a locker and took a credit card in the 6800 block of Dempster Street and then used a card to buy $1,600 worth of merchandise from Best Buy, police were told on April 4.

THEFT OF CAR PARTS
Someone reportedly stole all four tires and rims from a parked vehicle during the overnight hours of April 7 to 8 in the 9300 block of Central Avenue.

STOLEN VEHICLE
A Kenworth Tractor that had been parked in the 6700 block of Dempster Street for about four hours on April 3 without permission was reported stolen.

THEFT
A patron at a gym in the 6800 block of Dempster Street reported on April 14 that someone stole their items from inside a locker.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A representative of a car dealership in the 8800 block of Waukegan Road reported on April 17 that someone had used a BB gun to damage five vehicles on the lot.

ARRESTS

Shannon R. Lytle, 21, of the 2700 block of White Tail Drive in Spring Grove, and Reginald L. Banks, 19, of the 1900 block of Main Street in Spring Grove, were arrested on March 28 and charged with criminal trespassing, resisting a police officer and disorderly conduct after they refused to get off a train at the Metra station at 8501 Lehigh Ave. and were reportedly acting belligerently toward police and paramedics.

Raymond Royquan Dampier, 19, of the 1500 block of North Maplewood Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on March 30 in the 5800 block of Keeney Street and charged with residential burglary.

Tiffany M. Wallenberg, 21, of the 6700 block of Palma Lane in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after police noticed her car parked facing the wrong way near the intersection of South Park and Austin avenues.

Sarantsetseg Dulamjav, 45, of the 9000 block of Kennedy Drive in Des Plaines, was arrested on April 2 in the 9300 block of Waukegan Road and charged with criminal damage after she allegedly threw a mug and broke the front passenger window of a vehicle.

Cindy Salazar, 20, of the 8500 block of Waukegan Road in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 3 at a clothing store in the 7200 block of Dempster Street after she reportedly returned merchandise fraudulently and put the refunded money on a store credit card.

Daniil Karpiyevich, 28, of the 100 block of Old Oak Drive in Buffalo Grove, was arrested on April 4 at his home and charged with battery after police were told he spat in the face of one person and struck the lower leg of another with a vehicle.

Michael J. Guzzarde, 26, of the 7800 block of Beckwith Road in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 7 at his home and charged with hit and run after he reportedly left the scene of an accident.

Luis A. Barraza, 20, of the 5700 block of Ashland Avenue in Harvey, was arrested on April 7 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a driver's licence and misdemeanor speeding.

Ljuban Juric, 69, of the 9300 block of Normandy Avenue in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 9 near the intersection of Dempster Street and Ferris Avenue on an active warrant after an officer stopped him for suspiciously looking into the windows of a residence.

Christal A. Marshall, 21, of the 7000 block of Keeney Avenue in Niles, was arrested on April 9 and charged with obstructing police after she was pulled over near the intersection of Churchill Street and Waukegan Road for reportedly driving 66 mph in a 40 mph zone and then refused to get out of her car for about 30 minutes. She was also charged with misdemeanor excessive speeding.

Mark Ishikawa, 67, of the 6300 block of Lincoln Avenue in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 10 and charged with driving under the influence after he was reportedly involved in a one-car accident near the intersection of Shermer Road and Ponto Drive and taken to the hospital.

Ki Jana W. Humphreys, 23, of the 8900 block of Marmora Avenue in Morton Grove, was arrested on April 11 at his home and charged with criminal trespassing and obstructing a police officer after he reportedly used the climbing wall at Park View School without permission. He then refused to stop for officers and entered his home before he was eventually taken into custody.

Alexandria E. Alvarez, 25, of the 1100 block of North Springfield Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on April 13 and charged with battery at the Morton Grove Police Department after she was questioned regarding an unspecified incident that took place on March 31.
