Twenty-first Star Chapter DAR Meeting May 13, 2015

The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the Park Ridge Country Club, 636 N. Prospect Avenue in Park Ridge at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be served at 12:00 p.m. with a meeting and program to follow. Hostesses for the day are: Lois Stenstrom, Julia Trelease, Barbara Hale, and Nancy Ruscitti, Chairman. Regent Sheila Aszling will present "The Year in Review," delegates to the State Conference will have a report, and the newly elected officers will be installed. Past Regents will also be recognized at this meeting. Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal decent from a patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership. The DAR recognizes "Patriots: as not only soldiers but also anyone who contributed to the cause of American freedom."
