Two Vehicle Crash at Waukegan and Washington in Niles

On February 15, 2019, there was a two car crash at Waukegan & Cleveland in Niles, IL at approximately 9:30pm.

A Lexus ES300 and a Chevy Equinox were the two vehicles involved. The two vehicles wound up off the road, into the grassy area, knocking the corner street sign down.

The Lexus was spun around and it's passenger rear quarter panel hit the street sign, knocking it down, the Equinox was also spun around and pushed off the street into the grassy area, where some small trees are located.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene, not sure if any tickets were issued and there did not appear to be anyone taken to the hospital.
