Volunteers Needed for July 4th and July 8th

There is NO Morton Grove Farmers' Market

this Saturday, July 1st

There are plenty of Volunteer Opportunities coming up!

• Morton Grove Days Fest and Parade
• Morton Grove Farmers' Market Welcome Booth, Kiddie Corner, Set Up, or Clean Up

If you have a spare hour or two to help out our community with some wonderful friends and neighbors, please keep reading!

Greetings to all!

The Morton Grove Days fest and Independence Day Parade are just a few days away and volunteers are still needed to help on July 4th.

The times that we need help are as follows:

• Parade - 12:30 to 2:30 pm (note: there is also a need for help during the parade beginning after 2:30 pm)

• Days fest - 5:00 to 9:45 pm (working the Information Booth, Beer Garden Entrance, or Beer Ticket Sales)

Walk with the Morton Grove Farmers' Market in the Morton Grove Days Commission Parade! Help us pass out valuable coupons!

The July 4th parade starts at 2:30 pm! We will be meeting at the parade site starting point (Dempster & Central) and walking back to our designated spot along Frontage Road at 2:15. Look for our banner and our volunteers in our lime green or kelly green t-shirts (or vegetable costumes!).

I'm writing as the volunteer coordinator for the Market and we need your help to sign up for Volunteer hours this summer and fall at the Farmers' Market.
Please send me an email for more information and then I will send you the link to the signup.com website for you to fill in the dates and times.
We look forward to your smiling faces and friendly, incredibly close, amazingly open personalities to enhance our Welcome Booth and Kiddie Corner each Saturday this season (July 8 - October 14). There is an early shift from 8-10 am and a late shift from 10 am - 12 pm.

We could also use help with Set Up (6:30-8:00 am) and Clean Up (12:00-1:00 pm or earlier).
