What's the Halloween Weather Forecast for the Chicago Area?
Unfortunately, it's not looking so great.

You might want to start thinking about integrating a raincoat and galoshes into your child’s Halloween costume.
The Chicago-area forecast isn’t looking so promising for Halloween. Granted, there’s time for it to improve. But as of Tuesday afternoon, the Weather.com forecast calls for a 90 percent chance of rain during the day, falling to 60 percent at night. Daytime temps could get as high as 60 degrees, then fall to the mid-40s at night. Sunset on Halloween is at 5:46 p.m.
