NORTHBROOK, IL — The following information comes from the Northbrook Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
ARRESTS
SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Eduardo Ramirez Heredia, 44, of the 800 block of Waukegan Road, Northbrook, is accused of driving with a suspended license, expired registration, and was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Feb. 3, at Willow and Shermer roads. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of March 23.
- Tyler J. Kohler-Davis, 24, of the 5300 block of Suffield Terrace, Skokie, is accused of driving with a revoked license, expired registration, and was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Feb. 4, in the 2600 block of Dundee Road. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of March 18.

- Richard W. Monroy, 30, of the 4700 block of N. Kilpatrick Avenue, Chicago, is accused of speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 9:33 a.m. Feb. 5, at Dundee Road and Torrey Pines Parkway. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of Feb. 25.
- Max A. Antoniou, 19, of the 1200 block of N. Stone Street, Chicago, is accused of speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 3:07 a.m. Feb. 8, in the 2800 block of Willow Road. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of March 18.

- An employee at Dick's, 200 block of Skokie Boulevard, reported at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 3, two men were seen trying on a jacket, then covering it up with their own jacket, before leaving the store without playing.
- An employee at Best Buy, 1000 block of Willow Road, called police at 12:59 p.m. Feb. 4, to report three men removed three laptops from the store without paying for them.
- An employee at Dick's 200 block of Skokie Boulevard, reported at 3:24 p.m. Feb. 7, that a man and woman took tennis rackets and pickle balls from the store without paying for the items. The estimated loss is approximately $600.
- An employee at Nordstrom Rack, 100 block of Skokie Boulevard, called police at 4:26 p.m. Feb. 9, to report a woman and two men entered the store and removed approximately $10,000-$15,000 in handbags without paying for the items. The subjects then left the area in a waiting vehicle.
THEFT
- A resident in the 3100 block of Toulon Drive reported at 12:38 p.m. Feb. 4, a ring was missing from their bedroom.
- An employee of a business in the 3300 block of Commercial Avenue called police at 12:23 p.m. Feb. 7, to report they were notified that a vendor had not received a check payment that was sent. The complainant sent the vendor a copy of the check and learned that the check had been deposited by an unknown person not affiliated with the vendor.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Skokie Boulevard resident called police at 2:37 p.m. Feb. 5, to report they received a telephone call from someone claiming to represent ComEd requesting payment for past due balances. The complainant supplied their banking information for a transfer and purchased gift cards to pay the requested amount.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
- A Lake Cook Road reported at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 5, someone removed a cellular telephone from the front seat of their locked vehicle.
- An employee of a business in the 4100 block of Dundee Road called police at 10:04 a.m. Feb. 8, to report someone removed a plow from a parked business vehicle.
FRAUD
An employee of a business in the 2900 block of MacArthur Boulevard called police at 3 p.m. Feb. 7, to report their business UPS account had been compromised with numerous fraudulent charges being placed over the past several weeks.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A person at Pinstripes, 1100 block of Willow Road, reported at 8:14 p.m. Feb. 7, someone took their parked unlocked vehicle without permission. The complainant said that keys were inside the vehicle when parked.
