Bloomingdale's Hosts Fashion Event to Support YMCA
Members model fall styles in fundraiser for North Suburban YMCA.

Members and friends of the North Suburban YMCA participated in a gala fall fashion show on August 24 for the Second Annual YMCA Shop for a Cause event at Bloomingdale's Old Orchard. Guests enjoyed champagne, hors d'oeuvres, gift bags, and raffles, as well as a personal shopping experience. Bloomingdale's donated 10% of all pre-tax sales to the North Suburban YMCA. Other event sponsors included Northwestern Medicine, Teddie Kossof Salon and Spa, and Yummy Dental.
Bloomingdale's will continue its 10% donation on sales through August 27. Shoppers simply request a duplicate receipt at time of purchase and leave it in the marked collection boxes on the store's first floor.
