Introducing Your New Northbrook Patch Editor

Born in the Ukraine, raised in Skokie, I've been writing stories since my parents got a computer when I was 5. 

I wrote for my high school newspaper, I wrote for my college newspaper, and I am excited to keep doing what I love for the people of Northbrook. 

A journalism professor in college once called me weird, “in a good way.” He then assigned me a couple stories that eventually ran in the Chicago Sun-Times. It was a big accomplishment for me at the time, but looking back on those articles I feel like a much better reporter now. 

Still just as weird though.

I can't wait to personally meet the people of Northbrook, discover what makes this town unlike any other and help folks stay connected to their community.
