Man Found Asleep in Car Parked On Train Tracks Charged
A Beach Park man allegedly became belligerent after a bar server moved his car to a parking lot.

A Beach Park man was charged with disorderly conduct during the early morning hours of April 17 after an employee of a Northbrook bar found him asleep inside a car parked on train tracks.
Douglas L. Holley, 32 allegedly came into a bar in the 1300 block of Shermer Avenue appearing to be intoxicated just after midnight. A server refused to serve him, and approximately ten minutes later was informed by a patron a vehicle was parked on the train tracks just outside. There, the server found Holley asleep.
The server moved the vehicle from off the tracks and back into the parking lot and called police after Holley became belligerent.
