Man Makes Remarks Of 'Sexual Nature' To GBN Student: Police

The student was approached by the man Monday in the school's parking lot, according to Northbrook police.

NORTHBROOK, IL — A Glenbrook North student was approached by an unknown man Monday, who made an inappropriate remark of a sexual nature in the school's parking lot before leaving the area. According to Northbrook police, the incident occurred at around 11:40 a.m. and the student immediately returned to the building and reported it to school security.

Security reported the incident to the school resourced police officer, and an investigation began. Police describe the man as black, between the ages of 20s to early 30s, medium build, wearing a gray short-sleeved T-shirt, and black shorts. Authorities are urging any students or parents who may have had recent unusual or suspicious contact to come forward.
