Parents from Meadowbrook Elementary School in Northbrook gathered at Marcello’s on Saturday night for the first-ever Winter Bash, an event created to bring the community together and raise funds.

About 130 people turned out for the evening which included dinner, music by Mobile Music Entertainment and a live and silent auction.
Parents Susan and J.D. Mathein emceed the live auction where bidders won Bulls tickets, a weekend at a vacation home in Michigan City, IN, an autographed Blackhawks hockey stick and more. The silent auction featured 70 items donated by dozens of area businesses.
