Metra Commuter Lot To Close For Resurfacing June 22

The Village of Northbrook will be resurfacing the East Metra Commuter Parking Lot the week of June 22. During the one week closure, commuters will need to park at any of the other available Metra parking lots. The work is anticipated to be completed no later than June 27, weather depending.

Local businesses who use the east lot to access the rear of their buildings for deliveries will have access during the project though some delays may be encountered during pavement milling and placement operations. The parking lot will be fully closed to allow for the contractor to efficiently complete all required pavement milling, repaving, and pavement restriping work.
