NJHS Students Score High on National Math Exam
One student cracked the top 5 percent nationally.

NORTHBROOK, IL - Nearly 30 students at Northbrook Junior High School took the American Mathematics Competition 8 exam this year, with one placing in the top 5 percent nationally.
Seventh grade student Angela Zhao had the top NJHS score, placing in the top 5 percent. Eighth graders David Wang and Ethan Tan had the next highest scores of the 29 NJHS students who took the 25-question multiple choice exam.
Among fifth and sixth grade students at NJHS, John Raub scored the highest and was followed by Joanna Gusis, Tacy Guest and Connor Dickson.
