Discover Delicious at Annual Taste of the North Shore October 21

Discover Delicious! is the theme of Northbrook Chamber’s 29th Annual Auction & Taste of the North Shore at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel - because that is what you will do! Come explore a wide variety of flavor sensations at this exciting community event on Monday, October 21 from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m.

This important fundraiser will offer guests tasty bites from a collection of the area’s most popular restaurants gathered under one roof. It is a great way to meet the folks who serve up our favorites as well as newcomers to the local restaurant scene. The evening also includes complimentary wine, beers from Double Clutch Brewery, and spirits from Hardly Water.

The event includes exciting silent auction items including a sailing excursion, an overnight stay in Lake Geneva, New York Philharmonic tickets, golf events, luxury medspa treatments, and more. Don’t miss the fun of a Forks & Knives game (a/k/a Heads and Tails) with students from the Glenbrook North High School DECA program. In addition to the auction excitement, there is a raffle drawing and takeaway box with dine-in offers from area restaurants.

This event is open to the community and tickets available at NorthbrookChamber.org under Events. Proceeds support the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce’s educational programs and other initiatives, including a new scholarship program for local culinary/hospitality students.

Guests at the Auction & Taste will have the unique opportunity to chat with the teams from their favorite restaurants as they visit the dedicated stations throughout the event. Longtime favorites will join newcomers to the local restaurant scene, representing a mix of international flavors, fine dining establishments, and family favorites.
