Northbrook Patch Honors High School Graduates: Class Of 2020

This is the 10th installment of our salute to Class of 2020 high school graduates in Northbrook.

NORTHBROOK, IL — Northbrook Patch wants to share the achievements of local high school graduates by putting them in the spotlight over the next few weeks. Due to the coronavirus, in-person instruction has canceled the rest of the 2019-2020 school year in Illinois. We know these wonderful seniors are missing out on some of the last moments of the school year.

We hope that this will give the community a way to share their pride in our Class of 2020 high school graduates. You can find the form here if you'd like to add your graduate. Patch will be updating this form until May 31.

Brooke Weinberg, Glenbrook North

Brooke thoroughly enjoyed four years of GBN Volleyball and being part of the Down to the River Boys. Go Spartans! She will attend the University of Missouri.

Message from the family: "Congratulations class of 2020! While some things. Congrats Brooke. Go Tigers! have been missed, other great things are still ahead for all of you."


Elijah Shulman, Glenbrook North

Elijah was involved with sports and will attend Bowling Green University.

Message from the family: "Elijah, congratulations on a big accomplishment. So proud and know you’ll do well on your next step in life. Good luck in college. Have fun, too. Love, Bubbie Joyce and Zadie Avery."


Joie Rabishaw, Glenbrook North

Joie was involved in several clubs and horseback riding is one of her passions. She'll be attending the University of New Haven and studying criminal justice at the Henry C. Lee School of Criminal Justice & Forensic Sciences.

Message from the family: "Joie - So proud of all you've accomplished these past 4 years and how much you've grown. Congratulations - the best is yet to come!"


Emily Ann Erickson, Glenbrook North

Emily was involved with wind ensemble, color guard and pep band. She will be attending Caroll University.

Message from the family: "Congrats Emily!! You are off to great places! Greet the future with anticipation and dream big! Carroll University is waiting for you! Love Mom, Dad and Molly."


Zach Schafer, Glenbrook North

Zach was involved with gymnastics and cross-country. He will be going in the Air Force and is interested in cybersecurity and linguistics.

Message from the family: "Congratulations Zach! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see what the future brings! Love, Mom & Kyra."
