Northbrook Seniors Assist in Food Pantry Donation Drive
Members of the Northbrook Senior Center will be hosting a donation drive for the Northfield Township Food Pantry June 10
The Northfield Township Food Pantry is in need of donations and members of the Northbrook Senior Center are stepping up. In partnership with Whitehall of Deerfield, the Senior Center is collecting non-perishable donations that can make an immediate difference to those experiencing food insecurity. Senior Center members and volunteers will be hosting a Drive-By Drop Off for the Food Pantry on Friday, June 10 from 11am-1pm in the Leisure Center parking lot, 3323 Walters Ave, Northbrook.
Some items on the Food Pantry’s “Most Wanted” list include:
- Oatmeal
- Coffee
- Tea
- Canned fruit
- Granola bars
- Canned protein
