Northbrook Symphony Prepares For Second Live Concert Of Season
"French Flair" will be performed at 4 p.m. Nov. 7, under the direction of Music Director Mina Zikri.

NORTHBROOK, IL — The Northbrook Symphony is set to present its second live concert of the season, "French Flair," at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7. The performance will be under the direction of Music Director Mina Zikri, featuring Francis Poulenc’s "Concerto for Two Pianos in D minor, FP61," performed by pianists Susan Merdinger and Steven Greene.
The program will also include Maurice Ravel’s "Pavane pour une infante défunte (Pavene for a Dead Princess)," and Georges Bizet’s "Symphony in C major," according to a news release.
The concert venue is the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts in Northbrook.

The Northbrook Symphony is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for its concert attendees. The Sheely Center has an upgraded air filtration system and air exchange process. Reduced capacity seating will be in place and all government safety rules and guidelines will be followed. Wearing of masks is required to enter the facility and must always remain on.
