Principal Pryma's Favorite Diners and Dives
Favorites include several rib joints, Italian restaurants and a few ice cream spots.

To prepare for the session he taught during an all school workshop, principal Paul Pryma went out to eat.
A lot.
Pryma's presentation of his favorite "Diners and Dives" was one of 80 sessions offered to students during . The all school workshop gave students, teachers, staff, parents and community members the opportunity to teach others about their hobbies and passions.

During his hourlong presentation, Pryma listed a range of restaurants around the city of Chicago. While he said he enjoyed local favorites like Charlie Beinlich's and Mandar-Inn, Pryma said he hoped to encourage students to get out of town and explore.
"We're going to talk about places you've never been before," he told a packed classroom.
