Red Seal Reps Misinformed Zoning Board
At issue was the approval of the housing development's engineering plans by the Mission Brook Sanitary District.

Two representatives from the Red Seal housing development incorrectly informed the Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals that the Mission Brook Sanitary District had approved engineering plans for the 137-home Provenance project slated to take shape at the Mission Hills Country Club golf course.
The Northbrook Star reports no such approval had been given, and residents of the area in unincorporated Northbrook are now claiming “the zoning board used incorrect information to recommend the project to the County Board, and the County Board used the same incorrect information to approve construction of the project.”
