Richard Dent Fined For Speeding On The Edens
The former Super Bowl MVP will have to pay up for going more than 50 mph over the limit.
Former Chicago Bears defensive end and MVP of Super Bowl XX Richard Dent will have to pay nearly $1,000 for driving more than 50 mph over the speed limit earlier this year on the Edens Expressway in Northfield.
The only man to ever win a Super Bowl MVP wearing a Chicago uniform was fined a total of $924 in Cook County Court on Wednesday, according to the Chicago Tribune.
In April, Dent was clocked at driving 107 mph a 55 mph zone near the Winnetka Avenue exit of the Edens around 2 a.m.

He was also placed on “conditional discharge,” which is similar to probation.
