Stanley Cup Coming to Northbrook on October 29

The Stanley Cup is coming to Northbrook for the second time in the last three years.

St. Norbert Parish will host the Cup at the school gym, 1817 Walters Ave. from 6-10 p.m. on October 29 as part of an event that will benefit the Northfield Food Pantry and other local causes.

Photos with the cup for individuals or families will be $20. A special for corporate sponsors means that for $500 groups up to 100 people for several minutes will be able to spend time with the Cup.

The Cup was at St. Norbert in 2013, when $7,000 was raised. This year, event organizers are hoping to raise $10,000.
