Woman Pumping Gas Has Car Stolen During Hijacking: Northbrook PD

NORTHBROOK, IL — A woman had her car hijacked while pumping gas Saturday afternoon in Northbrook. According to police, the incident occurred at around 12:20 p.m. at a BP gas station at 1998 Willow Road.

The woman, who was driving a 2024 BMW black X6, saw the man enter her car. When he drove off, the suspect caused minor injuries to the victim.

The suspect, who is connected to an Audi Q7 SUV seen at the scene prior to the incident, is described as black, with short dreadlocks and a hooded sweatshirt.
