LOCAL ETHNIC DANCE COMPANIES FEATURED AT 4th ANNUAL CHICAGO INTERNATIONAL DANCE FORUM ON NOVEMBER 16th

A dozen dance companies perform as part of the upcoming Chicago International Dance Forum

CHICAGO, ILL-- The 4th Annual Chicago International Dance Forum, celebrating the many types of ethnic dance companies that make Chicago their home, will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, November 16, 2014, at the Auditorium at Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children and are available at the door or by calling 773-732-9284.

Audience members are invited to browse the colorful and informative Ethnic Cultural Exhibition in the lobby of NEIU’s Auditorium prior to and during the intermission.

Companies performing at the 4th Annual Chicago International Dance Forum include the dynamic Ensemble Espanol, Mexican Folkloric Dance Company, Miorita Romanian Dance Ensemble,  Horo Bulgarian Dance Ensemble, Lira Polish Music and Dance Ensemble, Indonesian Dance of Illinois, Chicago Korean Dance Company, the Rebecca McCarthy School of Irish Dance, Peruvian Folk Dance Ensemble, Arberia Albanian Dance Ensemble, Bharatam Indian Dance and the children’s cast of the Moscow Ballet’s “Great Russian Nutcracker.”
