I-88 Shooting: Man Killed During Rush Hour in Oak Brook
The man was shot by someone in another vehicle during rush hour. He later died at Elmhurst hospital.

OAK BROOK, IL — A man was shot and killed Friday during rush hour on I-88 in Oak Brook. The shooting, which took place around 4 p.m. near York Road, according to WGN News.
Eduardo Munoz, 43, of Sunrise, Florida was driving eastbound on I-88 in a semi-truck when the driver of another eastbound vehicle fired shots at Munoz’s car “for unknown reasons” and struck him, police told WGN News. Munoz was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died. ABC 7 reported that Munoz had been driving for DML Logistics at the time of the shooting.
Police are still investigating the shooting and trying to find out if it was motivated by road rage or another motive.
