2 Killed, 2 Injured In Markham Crash: Reports
The multiple-vehicle crash happened on 159th Street near the I-294 overpass, according to reports.
MARKHAM, IL — Two people were killed, and at least two others were seriously injured in a crash Friday night on 159th Street in Markham, according to reports.
The crash happened on West 159th Street near the I-294 overpass. WGN reports that a person in a Dodge Charger was driving at high speeds, when the car jumped the curb and caused the multiple-vehicle crash and explosion.
Two people were taken to Advocate Christ Medical center in critical condition and later died, according to reports. Two others were seriously injured, Markham Media Director Michael Taylor told ABC-7.

The Cook County Medical Examiner identified one of the victims as Carlos Mendoza, 20, of Harvey.
