Aggravated Arson Charge For Oak Forest Man After House Fire
A 49-year-old Oak Forest man faces an aggravated arson charge following a fire Wednesday evening in the 6200 block of Boca Rio Drive.
OAK FOREST, IL — An Oak Forest man has been charged with aggravated arson following a Wednesday evening fire in the 6200 block of Boca Rio Drive, police said Friday.
Adam Bartuzi, 49, of the 6200 block of Boca Rio Drive was charged after being taken into custody Wednesday shortly following the fire.
As Oak Forest firefighters were extinguishing the fire, Oak Forest police were told of a person of interest. They located Bartuzi in the 15500 block of Arroyo Drive and took him into custody, police said.
