• Man Takes Own Life At Oak Forest Gun Range: Police (patch.com) — Residents should be aware that police say a man died by suicide Wednesday afternoon at Eagle Sports Range on 159th Street in Oak Forest, after reportedly shooting himself while a friend was present. Authorities cleared the range, confirmed events with video, and are reminding anyone in crisis that confidential help is available by calling or texting 988.
