Accused Thief Shouts 'Barack Hussein Obama is a Fraud' in Court
Man told judge "I've been running for president of the United States for two years."

A man who claims to be running for president of the United States was caught taking items from an Oak Forest supermarket, prosecutors said.
Christopher Hucko, 44, appeared in bond court before Cook County Judge John Gallagher on a retail theft charge.

“Barack Hussein Obama is fraud,” Hucko shouted as he entered the courtroom. “I’m running for president have been for two years. I’m going to raise $1 billion.”
Hucko was escorted out of the courtroom while prosecutors obtained his background. He had more to say about the current president when he re-entered the courtroom.

“The death toll under Barack Obama is reaching epidemic proportions not seen since Hitler, Mussolini and Emperor Hirohito,.” Hucko shouted.
Prosecutors said that Hucko was observed Sept. 14 taking items from Food 4 Less, 5556 159th St., Oak Forest, and then walking out of the store without paying.
Hucko’s attorney told the judge that he is bi-polar and requested a reasonable bond. She requested a court order for Hucko to be placed in Cermak Hospital.
According to court records, Hucko has two previous felony convictions for possession of a controlled substance.
Judge Gallagher set bail at $50,000.
Told that his next court date is Oct. 28, Hucko shouted: “Whoo!”
