OFHS Alumnus to Host Home Buyers Seminar

Eric Niewinski is an Oak Forest native, an Oak Forest High School alumus (Class of 2016), and as a Realtor, he has sold a number of homes in Oak Forest. Eric, and his wife, Amber Holup, of The Holup-Niewinski Group, are thrilled to host an exclusive Home Buyers' Seminar featuring local professionals Megan Wendtland from Fairway Mortgage, Bryan Wallock from Marneris Law P.C., and Jesse Klaue from Higher Standard Home Inspections. The seminar aims to educate and empower aspiring homeowners who have the goal of becoming homeowners in 2024. They will teach homeowners how to buy a home for just $1,000-$5,000 out of pocket.
