Accused 'Habitual Criminal' Causes Disturbance At Pot Dispensary: COPS
The man was found in possession of numerous pills of MDMA and a loaded handgun, Burbank police said.

BURBANK, IL — A Chicago man is being detained after he caused a disturbance at a marijuana dispensary in Burbank, police said.
Around 2:30 p.m., Nov. 16, Burbank police went to Star Buds, 7844 S. Cicero Ave., in response to a disturbance. Officers were on the way when they spotted someone who matched the description of the person causing the disturbance at the dispensary.
A man, later identified as Marco Jackson, 42, was spotted walking in the 7700 block of South Cicero Avenue, police said. When officers told him to stop walking, police said Jackson started to run away.

The officers pursued Jackson to the Saratoga Motel at 77th Street and Cicero Avenue. After he was detained, police said Jackson was in possession of numerous pills of MDMA and a loaded handgun.
Jackson was charged with being a habitual criminal, armed robbery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. He was ordered detained to Cook County Jail following a court hearing on Nov. 17. Jackson is due back in court Dec. 5 at the Bridgview Courthouse.
