Bulldog Company at summer camp at Marseilles Training Center

Leadership development for U.S. Navy JROTC students from Richards.

Bulldog Company, the U.S. Navy JROTC program at Richards High School, sent nearly a dozen students to summer camp at the Illinois National Guard facilities in Marseilles, Illinois.

Every year Richards students travel to the Marseilles Training Center for a week of leadership development, team building, physical training, and fun.

Finally, Richards student Odeh Odeh learns how to properly apply a tourniquet as part of first aid training. After applying the tourniquet, he evacuates the simulated victim using the fireman’s carry technique.
