Cardinal George Visits St. Louis de Montfort
Cardinal delivers homily and helps parish celebrate 50 years.

The parishioners at St. Louis de Montfort celebrated a special 90-minute Mass on Sunday to recognize the 50th year of the church's existence. Cardinal George delivered the homily and called the church a "vital parish."
The cardinal also spoke of the pope's desire for the Catholic Church to do more to help the poor and sick. “We have to walk,” George said. “The church is always on the move. If it settles down, it grows sick and dies.”
