Curbside Pickup Starts Tuesday At The Oak Lawn Public Library
Curbside pickup service is now available at the Oak Lawn Public Library.

OAK LAWN, IL — The Oak Lawn Public Library will begin offering curbside pickup service starting Tuesday, June 2. Curbside pickup will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This service is available to Oak Lawn residents only.
Oak Lawn library-owned materials are available for checkout. Items will be held for seven days. All materials will be quarantined for seven days before being returned to circulation.
- To place a hold, visit the OLPL catalog (catalog.olpl.org ), or call the Library for assistance.
- You will receive a phone call or email notice that your items are available. Do not attempt to pick up items before the notice.
- Pickup is at the Cook Avenue Library entrance. Pickup parking spaces will be marked.
- When you arrive to pick up your reserved items, please call the number 708-422-4990 and we will bring your items out to you. During curbside hours you may also text our new curbside communicator at 708-931-9030 to coordinate pickup when you arrive.
- Please open your trunk after parking. OLPL staff will place items in your trunk in a brown paper bag with your receipt attached. Staff will ask to confirm your identity with your Library card, valid Driver’s License, or Illinois I.D.
