Drivers Charged In Fatal Oak Lawn 4-Vehicle Crash
The drivers police say caused a fatal 4-vehicle crash Sunday in Oak Lawn face reckless homicide and aggravated DUI charges.
OAK LAWN, IL — Charges were filed Monday against two drivers who police say caused a four-vehicle crash that killed a 66-year-old woman and left her 30-year-old son critically injured with life-threatening injuries.
Steven Bradford, 39, of Harvey, the driver of a 2019 Dodge Charger, and 32-year-old Joann McNary, of Chicago, who was driving a 2014 Honda Accord, were charged in the accident that happened early Sunday morning at 110th Street and Cicero Avenue.

The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Officer approved charges of one count each of aggravated DUI involving death and one count of reckless homicide. Both will appear for a bond hearing Tuesday at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Bradford was taken into custody at the accident scene. McNary, the driver of the Honda Accord, was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
