Eisenhower teachers drive neighborhoods to honor students

Eisenhower High School teachers Angela Amoroso, Cathleen Fitzgibbon, and Amanda Martin organized an extraordinary event to recognize students who have persevered and excelled this semester despite its challenges.

More than 20 teachers joined them to form three caravans of cars and drove to the homes of students to deliver gifts and recognize them in person.

You can't miss the immense pride the students and their parents feel as our teachers approach their driveways and front doors.

And you can feel their gratitude as well. These teachers didn't need to do this, but wanted their students to know that they miss and appreciate them.
