Free 1950s Rock & Roll Concert with the Crown Vics

The Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., will host a free 1950s Rock & Roll concert featuring “The Crown Vics” on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 2-4 p.m.

This energetic, six-piece band will perform 1950s juke joint and dance hall favorites.  Come hear lively renditions of songs by Bill Haley & The Comets, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Fats Domino, as well as many of the Rhythm & Blues numbers that influenced early Rock & Roll.
