Free Travelogue Features “The Silk Road”

 The Oak Lawn Public Library, 5300 W. 95th St., will host a free travelogue program exploring The Silk Road on Tuesday, July 12, at 7 p.m.

Join world traveler Bill Helmuth for a 5,000 mile journey from China to Turkey across treacherous deserts and through the wildest, most desolate mountain terrains.  As a corporate executive for Time Life, Helmuth has traveled to more than 100 countries, flown 4 million miles and lived on four continents.
