A mini split is a unit that generally hangs on your wall and gives you both heating and cooling for a single space that doesn’t stay comfortable such as a bedroom, office, or addition. And no, it’s not a magic box that hangs on the wall. The system has 2 parts, an indoor and outdoor unit. The outdoor unit is similar to the air conditioner outside of many homes.
