Flea Market Butcher Charged With Aggravated DUI, Possession of Coke: Prosecutors

"I know that butchers are not out working at 2:30 a.m.," judge tells defendant in court.

A flea market butcher was charged with aggravated DUI and possession of a controlled substance after he was stopped for a traffic violation by Oak Lawn police, prosecutors said.

Police stopped Julio Sotelo-Arana, 27, around 2:24 a.m. Oct. 21, allegedly for improper lane usage.

Prosecutors said that officers detected an odor of alcohol on Sotelo-Arana’s breath and that his eyes appeared glassy. He was taken into custody after he failed field sobriety tests and blew a .168.
