Gallian Shines In Dual Roles On OLCHS Dance Team, Marching Band
Oak Lawn Community High School's Charlotte Gallian successfully performs in multiple half-time shows.
OAK LAWN, IL — Pushing oneself to learn the moves and count the steps, to truly nail a dance routine takes time, effort, and determination. When adding in training and practicing for a marching band halftime routine at the same time, it gets downright challenging. However, sideline dance team member Charlotte Gallian is able to shine in both roles.
“Charlotte is a phenomenal member of the dance team, not only because she is responsible, reliable, and respectful, but also because she successfully performs in multiple halftime shows at every home game by being a member of the band,” head coach Ryan Brandt said. “Charlotte keeps a positive attitude towards everything she does and constantly puts in the hard work necessary to achieve challenging dance skills. Way to go, Charlotte.”
Look for Gallian in both roles at halftime on Friday, Oct. 22, as the Spartan football team will play its final home game of the 2021 season.
