Gas Station Robbed In Oak Lawn
Two men wearing ski masks robbed a gas station late Sunday afternoon in Oak Lawn, according to reports.

OAK LAWN, IL -- Oak Lawn police were on the scene investigating a robbery at a Mobil station at 103rd and Pulaski. The robbery happened late Sunday afternoon. No one was reported injured.
According to the Mt Greenwood Watch Facebook page, two masked men walked into the Mobil station around 5:24 p.m. One of the men hit an employee in the head with a blue semi-automatic steel handgun. The suspects reportedly grabbed 40 cartons of cigarettes and cash from the register.
The suspected are described as African-American males. In addition to ski masks they wore long black jackets.

There is no vehicle description. It is unknown which direction the offenders fled at the time of the report. A police officer was walking down the sidewalk in front of the gas station shining a flashlight on the ground. Oak Lawn police said the incident was still under investigation and would release more information on Monday.
