5. Call customers with late payments to bring up to date
6. Make birthday calls to all current clients daily
7. Obtaining customer’s signatures on documents such as sold policies or account changes
8. Need to obtain Property and Casualty through state of Illinois and Bank Certification through
State Farm
9. Complete office tasks such at beginning of day, office activities, all underwriting folders
10. Must be well organized and have a positive attitude each and every day
