Masked Robber Knocks Off Chase Bank Branch: FBI

FBI were on the scene interviewing witnesses and dusting doors at an Oak Lawn bank that got robbed Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities said that a man walked into the Chase branch located at 5705 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, around 2:30 p.m. He implied he had a weapon but did not display one and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male, approximately 28 years old old, about 5-feet-9-inches tall, and weighing 180 pounds. No injuries were reported.

The suspect is said to have fled the scene in a white Hyundai.

The investigation remains ongoing.
