Congratulations to Grace Trout (6th grade) and Sammer Marzouk (8th grade) for scoring higher than 98.6% of the 45,000 participants at MathCon last month.

Grace and Samer competed in the MathCon contest finals at UIC with over 45,000 students from around the nation. Sammer and Grace advanced to the final round with 515 other students in grades 5th through High School.

In addition to taking the competition test, Grace and Samer enjoyed a mathematician presentation and competed in a game of 24 in which Samer took 2nd place!
