The U.S. Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program features Richards High School students in this outstanding video from the recent Area 3 competition.
"The HLR Armed Drill team is highlighted in the beginning and our Company Commander, Jessica Schaal is the last face you see as she comes to port arms at the close of the video," said CDR (ret. Doug Groters, who has directed JROTC at Richards with CPO (ret.) Dennis Reynolds since the program's inception more than a decade ago.
